Terms and Conditions

A credit card must be on file to lock in the date of your event. We do not charge your card at the time of booking, unless at your request. The card on file is used as an “intent to hire” to hold your reservation and acknowledges your acceptance of this contract. Please note that this card may be used in accordance to the Cancellation Policy (see below), if necessary.

A credit card must be on file and is subject to this cancellation policy.
If you should decide to cancel your event less than 31 days prior to your reserved event date, you will be subject to the following cancellation penalty fees:

• Cancel between 15-30 Days of your event = 25% penalty (NON-REFUNDABLE)
• Cancel between 8-14 Days of your event = 50% penalty (NON-REFUNDABLE)
• Cancel within 7 days of your event, you will be subject to a 100% penalty fee. No refunds will be given if your event is canceled within 7 days of your event and you will be subject to a 100% cancellation penalty fee.

By participating in the Sail into Summer Savings promotion, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Promotional Offer

Customers may use the promotional code GoBAMGo through the official BAM Event Services AI Chatbot to receive a personalized discount of up to 25% off eligible event orders, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

This offer is available only through the BAM Event Services AI Chatbot and is not valid through any other booking channel unless expressly approved in writing.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for this promotion:

• The event order subtotal must be $1,500.00 USD or more before taxes, fees, delivery charges, and additional services.
• The promotional code must be entered and redeemed through the official BAM Event Services AI Chatbot.
• The booking must be submitted during the promotional booking window listed below.
• Availability of inventory, equipment, staff, and requested event date must be confirmed by BAM Event Services.

Orders that do not meet the minimum subtotal requirement are not eligible.

3. Promotional Period

Booking Window

This promotion is valid only for quote requests or bookings submitted between:

May 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM and July 31, 2026 at 11:59 PM (local business time zone).

Requests submitted outside this period are not eligible.

Event Date Window

Events booked using this promotion must be scheduled to occur on or before October 31, 2026.

Any event scheduled after October 31, 2026 may not qualify for this promotion.

4. Discount Structure by Day of the Week

Eligible discounts are determined based on the scheduled event date day of the week:

Important Notes:

• Discount percentages are based on the final confirmed event date.
• If the event date changes after booking, the applicable discount may be recalculated.
• Maximum available discount is 25%.

5. Schedule a Call – 48 Hour Validity Rule

If a customer selects the “Schedule a Phone Call” option during the AI Chatbot process:

• The consultation call must be officially scheduled within 48 hours of submission.
• Failure to schedule within 48 hours may result in automatic expiration or forfeiture of the promotional offer.
• Once expired, the customer may restart the chatbot process to generate a new quote, subject to then-current availability and promotion terms.

6. Move Forward / Booking Confirmation

If a customer selects the “Move Forward” option:

• BAM Event Services may generate an official invoice based on the quoted promotion.
• Promotional pricing is reserved only when the invoice is issued and any required deposit/payment is received within the specified timeframe.
• Failure to complete payment obligations may result in cancellation of the promotional rate.

7. Changes to Event Date or Order

Any modification to:

• Event date
• Event location
• Order size
• Equipment requested
• Services requested

may result in:

• Revised pricing
• Loss of promotional discount
• Requalification review based on current rates and availability

8. General Limitations

This promotion:

• Cannot be combined with any other coupons, promotions, credits, or prior quotes.
• Has no cash value.
• Is non-transferable.
• Applies only to eligible new bookings.
• Is subject to equipment, staff, and scheduling availability.
• May be limited or unavailable on high-demand dates.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel

BAM Event Services reserves the right to:

• Modify these Terms & Conditions
• End the promotion early
• Refuse misuse or fraudulent claims
• Correct pricing or system errors

without prior notice, where legally permitted.

10. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the promotional code GoBAMGo, submission through the chatbot, or acceptance of any promotional quote constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
